Good People Good Times is an
ALL-AGES music festival.
However, anyone under 18 MUST
be accompanied by an adult.
Children 12 & under are FREE with paid adult!
Admission/Gate Hours:
Thursday: 5:30pm - 10:30pm (Only available for those with Thursday Early Arrival Passes)
Friday: 10am - 11:30pm
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: All attendees must be off site by Noon (12pm). No Exceptions.

Will there be an ATM on site?
No, there WILL NOT be an ATM on site. Please plan to bring enough cash to get you into the gate and purchase some handmade goods from our unique vendors.
We will except card & cash payments for tickets at the gate unless we sell our max amount of 800.

Pets will NOT be allowed at GPGT 2025
Unfortunately, absolutely NO ANIMALS will be allowed at Explore Brown County. The only exception to this rule is service animals. Unless not applicable for the service, your service animal also MUST remain on a leash at all times. Service animals must be kept in proper care. The festival and/or venue will revoke festival access for owner and animal if previous conditions are not met.

Does it cost to park?
Yes, parking will cost $20 (plus fee) if purchased before the event. It will cost $25 (plus fee) if purchased at the gate with card and $25 if cash. If you need to arrive in something larger than a standard vehicle size, you will need to purchase a RV/Camper/Bus parking pass in advance, on the ticket page!

Can I bring my RV?
Primitive RV Spots must be purchased on the ticket page and you must send us an email to gpgtmusicfestival@gmail.com upon purchase. Unfortunately, you will not be able to park any type of RV/Camper/Pop-Up/Bus/or large Vehicle unless previously arranged with us.
How far is the walk to camp from parking lot?
From the furthest parking spot, to the stage is approx. 1,400 feet and the furthest camping spots another 300 feet from there.

Can we re-enter the festival if we leave?
Yes, but you must have your wristband on and it must be fully intact. If you are asked to leave by the festival personnel or venue staff, you may not re-enter.

Where should I go if I lose something? What should I do if I find someone else's belongings?
The lost and found at Good People Good Times will be located at the front gate or you can stop a staff member to have them assist you. If you cannot find your child or friends, please find the nearest staff member or go to the medical tent and ask for assistance.

What will you be providing?
A variety of different music will be performed at GPGT 2025 under a high-quality light display on two adjacent stages. Two day camping is included with admission. Keep in mind that the Venue Map setup is much different than the setup at the festival, and there are many more primitive camping spots than what are normally available to rent from XBC. Running water restrooms and showers are available to all ticket holders. Port-o-johns will be available on site around the stage and camping area as well. Firewood will be available for purchase on site. Vendors will be selling a variety of foods, nonalcoholic beverages, as well as crafts/clothing/tie dye/etc. There will be live painters and an art gallery featuring local and regional artists near the stage. Different workshops will be provided throughout the weekend! WORKSHOPS ARE FREE to all ticket holders.

Are there activities for my children?
Yes, besides the music, workshops, art and vendors, Face painting, a Kids Parade, and other activities will be offered. An adult MUST be present with the children who want to participate.

Weather?
This event will happen no matter the weather. However, everyone's safety is our top priority at GPGT!
If the weather becomes dangerous, we will stop the music until the conditions are safe again.
When do the gates open?
The gates will open at 10 a.m. Friday, August 22nd, 2025. If you arrive prior to this, you will have to wait to get into the venue. NO EXCEPTIONS! However: We will have a limited amount of Early Arrival (Thursday) tickets. A limited amount of Early Arrival Tickets are available for those that want to get there earlier to set up camp. There will be no music or actives on Thursday.
*Early arrival ticket holders must also purchase advance general admission tickets online.
*Early Arrival tickets holders must arrive no earlier than 5:30PM and no later than 10:30PM on Thursday, August 21st. Gates will be closed on Thursday at 10:30PM and will reopen on Friday at 10:00AM
When does the music start?
Music will start at approximately Noon (12pm) on Friday and Saturday. The amplified music stops at Midnight each night and then the Late Night Silent Headphone Disco starts up. We will have 300 sets of wireless headphones available at first come first serve. We may order more depending on pre-sales. You will need a valid ID (drivers license) as a deposit to use the headphones. Once returned, we will give you back your ID. There is $50 fee for any unreturned set of headphones.
When does the festival end?
Must be out by Noon (12pm) Sunday, August 24th, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Am I allowed to bring Beer/Liquor?
The event is BYOB. Anyone with Beer/Wine/Liquor/Etc. must be able to show valid proof of age with proper ID. Under age drinking is strictly prohibited!

Ticket transfers/refunds?
Tickets are Non-Refundable. If you would like to sell your tickets to another person, we will help assist in the transfer. Please message our facebook page or respond to your confirmation email.
Trash & Recycling:
We will provide clear recycling bags & black trash bags for all patrons of the festival. Please use these, keep your area clean, and leave the site it how it was before camping.
What is prohibited?
-No golf carts/ATVs (bicycles are allowed).
-No glass.
-No animals (exception of service animals - please see above).
-No guns or weapons of any kind.
-No drones.
-No lasers/laser pointers.
-No tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous, etc.
-No illegal substances.
-No cars in camping area.
-No camping in parking lot: sleeping in your car is okay, but please DO NOT SET UP TENTS
-No reserved sites or roping off areas. All sites are available at a first-come, first-serve basis.
-No unregistered vending.
-No large speakers or sound systems/amplifiers/etc.
-No tents in the paths or on roadways/gravel paths.
-No swimming in pond.
-No outside firewood (venue has firewood available for purchase).
-No fishing in unmarked areas (catch and release fishing only).
Everyone is welcome at GPGT and we strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for all.
We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination towards anyone.
Please let a staff member (or security) know if anyone is being disrespectful or inappropriate.
We will assess the situation to determine appropriate action, including but not limited to warning the offender(s), asking them to leave our premises, physically removing them, or contacting local resources or authorities.
Please be respectful to all other guests, event staff, performers, and property!

How do I submit my band to play at GPGT?
Submissions for Bands/Musicians/Acts are not being excepted at this time. However if you would like
to submit info anyhow, you can do that on the APPLICATIONS page.

How do I submit myself to be a volunteer?
Please purchase your ticket and then fill out an application on the APPLICATIONS page. This does not guarantee your volunteering spot. Our volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you to let you know if we are able to use your help. Thank you for wanting to make GPGT as fun and as safe as it can be!
