Breathwork Journey with Emilee:
Join Emilee and your fellow workshop-mates on a journey guided by your breath. Your journey may lead you to the great cosmic void/womb, to another realm/dimension/timeline, to the innermost depths of your soul or psyche, or simply reunite you deeply with the parts of yourself that need it most. On this journey, the possibilities are endless.
We will start with grounding and practice of some visualization with breath, then proceed to use a particular type of breath to go on a journey, led by your Higher Self. Participants may receive reiki upon consent.

*Gentle Tigers [4 to 7 years old] Gentle asanas to get your Littlest bodies flowing (a limited number of mats will be available).
*Moving and Flowing [8 to 12 years old] Gentle vinyasa flow to help learn yoga foundations and movement (a limited number of mats will be available)

Through thoughtful intention, storytelling, meditation, and reflection- together we will brainstorm how we can plant our own, unique contributions (or seeds)—and the importance of our involvement with our local communities to thrive in a challenging world.
