RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO Good People Good Times Music Festival (herein after referred to as “The Releasees”), I, (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE PARTICIPANT”) UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. Good People Good Times Music Festival is a music festival held September 8th-10th(& 7th if early camping) held at Explore Brown County located in Nashville, Indiana and is organized by it's members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors. In consideration of the Good People Good Times Music Festival Organizers permitting the Participant’s attendance at Good People Good Times Music Festival, the Participant waives any and all claims that the Participant has or may in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue, Good People Good Times Music Festival Organizers and associated property ("Premises") owned by Explore Brown County, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, or advertisers for any claims of personal injury, death, property damage or other loss that the Participant sustains during or as a result of Good People Good Times Music Festival due to any cause whatsoever. The Participant is aware that participating/volunteering in Good People Good Times Music Festival has many inherent risks.

-I recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Event attendees and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. I freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that I (or my child/ward) may sustain as a result of my attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees.

-I indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur while I am at the Event or on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees.

-I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my child’s/ward's) attendance at the Event or while on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees. 

COVID NOTICE AND AGREEMENT:
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.

I further acknowledge that Festival (Good People Good Times Music Festival) and its Affiliates (including but not limited to
Festival organizers, Festival operators, Festival staff, Festival employees, and all other parties involved), have put in
place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I further acknowledge that the Festival and all other parties involved, cannot guarantee that I will not become
infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the
Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but
not limited to other festival concert patrons.

I further acknowledge that, if I am a member of a group particularly vulnerable to Coronavirus/COVID- 19
(individuals with conditions identified by the CDC as higher risk or those over 65 years old), public health experts
recommend that I continue to avoid any in-person gatherings and remain Healthy At Home.

I further acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to Coronavirus/COVID-19 exists in any public place where
people are present.

I voluntarily seek services provided by Festival and its Affiliates and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of
exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the
spread while attending the Festival. Repeated failure to follow procedures will result in expulsion from Festival
grounds.

I attest that:
- I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing,
fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
- I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
- I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.
- I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the
Coronavirus/COVID-19.
- I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or
local public health authorities.
- I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the
Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I hereby release and agree to Festival and its Affiliates harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and
any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, compensation
for damage or loss to myself and/or property, and all other liability that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of
the Festival and its Affiliates, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from
the Festival and its Affiliates. I understand that this release discharges Festival and its Affiliates from any liability or
claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Festival with respect to any bodily
injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services
received from Good People Good Times and its Affiliates.
