Good People Good Times is an
all-ages music festival. However, if you are 18 and under, you must
be accompanied by an adult.
Children 12 & under FREE with paid adult!

Purchase Tickets:

Will there be an ATM on site?

No, there WILL NOT be an ATM on site. Please plan to bring enough cash to get you into the gate and purchase some handmade goods from our unique vendors.

 

Pets will NOT be allowed at GPGT 2020

Unfortunately, absolutely NO ANIMALS will be allowed at Explore Brown County. The only exception to this rule is service animals. Unless not applicable for the service, your service animal also MUST remain on a leash at all times. Service animals must be kept in proper care. The festival and/or venue will revoke festival access for owner and animal if previous conditions are not met.

Ticket availability on site:

We highly recommend purchasing presale tickets, to save yourself money and to guarantee your admittance into the festival. $80 tickets will available for purchase at the gate on Friday and $60 for Saturday-only passes.  CASH ONLY will be accepted at the gate. Again, there is no ATM on site! 

Does it cost to park?

Yes, parking will cost be $15 if purchased before the event or $20 if purchased at the gate. 

 

Can I bring my RV? 

Please fill out an RV site application. There are only a few RV sites for rent and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

Do you offer a shuttle service?

Yes, shuttles will be provided from general parking to the general camping area throughout peak times during the festival. 

Can we re-enter the festival if we leave?

Yes, but you must have your wristband on and it must be fully intact. If you are asked to leave by the festival personnel or venue staff, you may not re-enter. 

Where should I go if I lose something? What should I do if I find someone else's belongings?

The lost and found at Good People Good Times will be located at the medical tent or you can stop a staff member to have them assist you. If you cannot find your child or friends, please find the nearest staff member or go to the medical tent and ask for assistance. 

What will you be providing?

A variety of different music will be performed at GPGT 2020 under a high-quality light display. Other visual art displays will be set up throughout the grounds. Camping is included for each ticket holder. Keep in mind, the Venue Map set up is not the same as the set up for the festival, and there are many more primitive camping spots than what are normally available to rent at XBC. Running water restrooms and showers are available for all ticket holders. Port-o-johns will be available on site around the stage and camping area, as well. Ice and firewood will be available for purchase on site. Vendors will be selling a variety of reasonably-priced foods and nonalcoholic beverages as well as crafts. There will be a live art gallery featuring local and regional artists near the stage. Different workshops will be provided throughout the weekend! WORKSHOPS ARE FREE to all ticket holders. 

 

Are alcoholic beverages allowed? 

Yes, if you are 21 & older ONLY. All staff (venue & festival) reserve the right to ID anyone with an open container, so please make sure to have your ID if you plan on drinking. This is a BYOB event and there will be no sales of alcohol. Make sure you bring plastic bottles or cans as there is NO GLASS on the property. Please pick up and dispose of any refuse you may produce!

Are there activities for my children?

Yes, besides the music, workshops, art and vendors, we always have a bouncy house and face painting offered to the kids. An adult MUST be present with the children who want to participate. 

 

Weather? 

This event will happen no matter the weather. However, everyone's safety is our top priority at GPGT! If the weather becomes dangerous, we will stop the music until the conditions are safe again.  

 

 

When do the gates open?

The gates will open at 9 a.m. Friday, September 25th, 2020. If you arrive prior to this, you will have to wait to get into the venue. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

When does the music start?

Music schedule TBA.


When does the festival end?

Must be out by 12 p.m. (Noon) Sunday, September 27th, 2020. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

What is prohibited? 

-No golf carts/ATVs (bicycles are allowed) 

-No glass

-No animals (exception of service animals - please see rules above)

-No guns or weapons of any kind
-No illegal substances

-No cars in camping area

-No camping in parking lot: camping in cars is okay, but please DO NOT SET UP TENTS

-No reserved sites through venue: all sites available at a first-come, first-served basis at the event

-No unregistered vending

-No tents in the paths or on roadways/gravel paths or under zip lines/zip line landing areas

-No swimming in pond

-No outside firewood or ice (venue has these for purchase)

-No fishing in unmarked areas (catch and release fishing only)

-No drinking under 21 years of age

How do I submit my band to play at GPGT? 

Band applications are available at www.gpgtmusicfest.com/applications

How do I submit myself to be a volunteer?

Please fill out an application under the APPLICATIONS tab. This does not guarantee your volunteering spot. Our volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you if we are able to use your help. Thank you for wanting to make GPGT as fun and as safe as it can be!
